This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Rowflare Cloud (the "Service"), including the AI text-generation features, and forms part of our Terms of Service. Workspace owners are responsible for making sure their members follow it.
1. AI text generation
Rowflare can generate text with AI models in AI fields, automation steps and MCP tools, using either Workers AI or a model service configured with your own API key. The rules below apply to every prompt you write and every output you generate, store or share through the Service, whichever model is used.
Sexually explicit content and the other prohibited content listed below are not allowed. You must not use the AI features to generate, request or store:
- Sexually explicit content, including pornography, erotic stories or role-play, and sexual descriptions of real people.
- Any sexual content involving minors, real or fictional. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
- Content that threatens, harasses, bullies or promotes violence against a person or group, or that glorifies terrorism or violent extremism.
- Hate speech that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
- Content that encourages self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
- Instructions for making weapons, explosives, or biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological agents, or for other serious harm.
- Malware, exploit code for attacking systems you are not authorized to test, phishing pages or messages, or other tools for fraud.
- Spam, scams, fake reviews, impersonation of a real person or organization, or content designed to deceive people into thinking it was written by a human when that disclosure is required.
- Defamatory content, or content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights.
- Personal data about others gathered or processed without a legal basis, including profiling people for surveillance or discrimination.
- Content that is otherwise illegal where you or the affected people are.
Also, do not:
- Try to bypass the safety filters of a model provider, or use prompts designed to make a model produce the content above.
- Use AI output for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (for example credit, employment, housing or medical decisions) without meaningful human review.
- Present AI output as professional legal, medical or financial advice.
When you use your own API key, the model provider's usage policy applies as well. If it is stricter than this policy, follow it.
2. General use of the Service
Outside the AI features, you also must not use the Service to:
- Store, share or distribute any content in the prohibited list above.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email through automations, or send email without the recipients' consent where the law requires it.
- Host or distribute malware, or use the Service as file hosting for content unrelated to your work in Rowflare.
- Probe, scan, overload or attack the Service, other users or any third-party system, including through automation HTTP or webhook steps.
- Get around plan limits, rate limits or security measures, or access other people's accounts or data without permission.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.
3. Enforcement
We may remove content, disable AI features, pause automations, or suspend or close a workspace or account that breaks this policy. For serious violations, such as sexual content involving minors, we may act without notice and report to the authorities. Otherwise we will usually contact the workspace owner first. Repeated violations lead to account closure without refund.
4. Reporting abuse
If you see content or activity on Rowflare Cloud that breaks this policy, email support@rowflare.com with a link or description. We review every report.
5. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service and the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
